In the book series “On War”, Carl Von Clausewitz said “War is simply the continuation of political intercourse with the addition of other means”. What Clausewitz didn’t mention in those books is, using war to solve political problems rarely ever fixes those problems. By starting a war your introducing chaos. Once you introduce chaos you can ride the wave, some do better than others. But you’re never really in control. Like a fire, war takes on a life of it’s own.
