Politics is all around you, it’s on the news, in your office and even inside of your own fucking house. It affects your everyday life whether you want it to or not. I’m going to try my best to show you how to stop stupidly reacting to it and really see what’s going on.
What The Fuck Is Politics?
Politics has many definitions but the one you should pay attention to is: “Competition between competing interest groups or individuals for power and leadership” Webster Dictionary.
Politics is actually a good thing, we use the game of politics to get our way instead of physically fighting and killing each other. That’s all you need to see it as, a big game where interests compete. May the best player win.
Politics has many levels, low level politics is something like your little sister influencing your parents so she have an advantage over you. At the highest levels it’s something like the United States vs the Soviet Union. The game is almost the same at all levels, the difficulty of it increases the higher you go. Like all things, the most competent sit at the top.
When politics fail, the only other options are for you to impose your will physically or accept political defeat. War and fighting usually happen when politics fail.
Why Do I Need To Know This?
Welcome to the new era, individual humans are now more powerful then ever. We’re all politicians and soldiers for whatever cause we chose or is chosen for us depending on how smart you are. You can engage in cyberwars, disinformation campaigns etc.… Even private companies are participating in economic warfare against states (Link). As a sovereign individual with this elevated power, you need to understand these things more then ever.
